    Signed 1943 photograph of harpist Mildred Dilling, with two concert programs
    Signed 8x10 inch photograph of Dilling in front of her harp. Inscribed to Elizabeth Rowan with greeting and date of 1943, plus two concert programs -- one for a March 9, 1938 concert with Marcel Hubert, a French violinist that took place in Missoula, Montana (not specified, but reported in The Montana Kaimin March 4, 1938)
    and one for a 1957 Town Hall concert, location not specified.
    Very good condition, one small chip to top of one of the programs.
    Mildred Dilling (1894-1982) was an American harpist who began performing in 1911. She performed widely in the U.S. and internationally; had a weekly radio show on NBC; performed on the Bing Crosby radio show; and gave lessons to celebrities, including Harpo Marx.
    In 1931 she performed at a White House state dinner for the king and queen of Siam.
    She helped found the American Harp Society in 1962.
