Item is new and perfect but not in original manufacturer's packaging.This felt circle skirt is screenprinted with black music notes and has an elastic waist (2" wide) super comfyu waistband. It is designed as a dance costume item but would be fun for any theatrical or dressup purpose, it actually falls above the knee slightly but the model is bending over just a bit and you can't tell the length as well.
