About Us…
We are a small family owned & run business, we bid on & buy delinquent  storage auctions & re-sell the items inside.  We also love to buy out estate sales & go scouring deals at thrift stores & garage sales.  If we get a good deal we pass them on to our buyers.
We are a smoke free home but we don’t know a lot of times if an item originated in a smoke free home.  If we think an item came from a smokers home ( smell etc)  I will always include that disclaimer in our auctions!  I do however have 2 dogs who are my Velcro dogs & who love to help me with eBay thus their hair is usually on everything.
Most items are used, unless otherwise noted.  Item descriptions are often subjective so words such as excellent, good, fair, & fully functional  have different meanings for different people.  I indicate my interpretation of function/condition but if you are unsure of anything, please ask any questions before bidding!
I do charge a small (less than .50)  handling fee on most items.. All of my shipping costs are clearly indicated in my auctions, please see shipping calculator in auction for shipping options available.  If you would like your item shipped another way, please contact me to see if it possible but many times I’ve found that priority shipping is the easiest, safest  & least expensive to ship.  Please don’t ask me to ship non media items via media postage as it is against the law.  Be advised, USPS prices vary according to where you live & your distance from me (PA) , I have no control over that.
I expect pay pal payment within 2 days of auction end, at that time an unpaid case is opened.If you have trouble paying in that time frame, please contact me to make arrangements.
I strive for 5 star customer service.   I handle each item with the utmost care, it doesn’t matter to me if you paid for an item or 0 it receives the same care & attention.  If there is any problem with you item once you receive it, please contact me before opening a case or leaving negative or neutral feedback.  If you wish to return an item you must contact me within 3 days of delivery of the item. Returns are only accepted if an item is grossly mispresented by me. I do understand that each case is different, so please contact me if you have any issues.  I am always willing to listen & work out a mutually satisfactory solution.
