The famous Naomi Shemer was one of his many students. Ben-Haim won the Israel Prize 1957. 2. Yedidya Admon (1894-1982); Admon was an Israeli composer who was known for mixing European, Arab and Hassidic elements into his music. He won the Israel Prize in 1974
