JOHNNY TAYLOR & BOZ SCAGGS TWO 1998 CONCERT POSTERS FROM HISTORIC "SLIM'S" CLUB!

Hello and welcome!
This auction is for a set of two (2) different authentic and original cardboard concert posters advertising the 1988 grand opening weekend of owner Boz Scaggs' San Francisco nightclub called Slim's.
Slim's nightclub is now closed and gone forever.
The first poster in this set announces the "Grand Opening" on Fri & Sat Sept 16 & 17, 1988 and
the size is approximately 14" x 22.125" on medium-thick card stock.
The condition is Very Good Plus (VG+) with creased and rounded corner tips, edge dings and some surface marks.
On the back side are 4 "tape pulls" with missing surface paper.
The second poster in this set advertises Johnnie Taylor & his band performing on the next night, Sun. Sept. 18, 1988 and the
size is approx. 14" x 22" on medium-thick card stock.
The condition is Very Good Plus (VG+) with creased and rounded corner tips, edge dings, some surface marks and a small brown stain in each of the two bottom corners. On the back side are 4 "tape pulls" with missing surface paper.

These two posters will be carefully packaged and shipped together flat between four sheets of sturdy cardboard and marked "DO NOT BEND" on the front and back of the package.
