We strongly suggest portable fountains be stored INDOORS during winter.
Do not allow fountains that must remain outside during freezing winter weather to collect or retain moisture: drain bowl or shell thoroughly; remove statue and pump, storing inside if possible; fill bowl or shell with absorbent material, such as a blanket or towels (small bowls/shells may instead be inverted); cover entire fountain with a fountain cover or heavy-duty plastic sheeting, and secure tightly.

Shortages or Damages: It is strongly recommended that all merchandise be fully inspected at time of delivery.  If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.  Damaged items can be exchanged (subject to availability) or refunded in full at your discretion.
Non Defective Returns:  Items qualify for returns up to 14 days after your item is delivered. The original purchaser has a period of 14 days from date of delivery to return any purchase for a refund less the cost of our outgoing shipping.  Items must be in original condition and packaging.
