This adorable figurine is new (never owned) but vintage (dates from approximately 2002-2006).
It is from an online pet boutique's remaining inventory after the store closed.
This item has been carefully stored and has never been on display.
It is made of polymer clay, and is stamped CECILE on the bottom and is also signed by the artist.
The artist Cecile Baird made charming and whimsical figurines, pins/brooches, ornaments, Christmas cards and probably many other items that I am not aware of.  I first saw her work for sale at dog shows.
Size:  Approximately 3.25" tall and 1.5" wide at base
Does not come in a gift box, but will be carefully packed for protection while shipping.
Shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
