These just pull up, the model is showing you what it looks like on the body, the front is a draped crepe with sequin hem, the back is hemmed with feathers. All are jade green, all are small child but since they are on an elastic waist, they will fit a girls size from 3 to 8. The sequin color is a holographic gold.  This item has no hang tags.
