This item is brand new and will come in the original Wolff Fording packaging.  This listing is for a brand new pull up silver sequin waist fringe skirt in buttercup yellow.  The fringe is stitched together at the bottom with a pull off chain stitch.(you just grab the stitch and pull and it comes off, it is there for the seamstress, to keep her from getting fringe caught in the machine)
The model is showing a leotard with it that is not INCLUDED.
