This costume is brand new, and in the original Wolff Fording packaging.  It consist of five pieces.  A black circle tea length skirt with an elastic waistband.  A white tie on collar with black ribbon bow trim, a white bonnet hat and a pair of black mitts.  All you need to complete this costume is a black leotard.
