NEW unfinished floorlength circle praise skirt 3 colors needs waistband. 6x-10ch

Ok, I am selling this as though you have a sewing machine and some basic sewing skill, You could turn this into a skirt in 5 minutes by adding an elasticized sequin 2" band red, black , white or silver. Or if you make an elasticized casing (using the pieces I am sending you), it may take longer but would be so unique. This dress was never finished, obviously the stitcher lost the red center panel and could not proceed. I am including the 2 sleeves, the finished front panel and the 2 back panels that you see in my photo. If you are really skilled, you could create the back panel and a tie to close it at the neck and finish the dress. but I am selling it as though you would like to finish it as a skirt. THE MODEL IS SHOWING THE FINISHED DRESS, this is only for the unfinished skirt , The dress normally retailed at so the skirt would be about on its own. SIZE? well, the skirt is 32" in length and looks to be like a medium to large child, hard to tell as there is no internal tag. I have only this one. grncntrS
