Brand new with NO hangtags in size medium child. This skirt is a full circle  attached to boy cut trunks under the skirt.Great for dance, drill, skate or baton. The model is showing it with a top that is not included
.The hem of the skirt is not finished, it does not need to be as the fabric does not ravel. It is designed this way. This is all I have of these and cannot get anymore. Size is medium child which fits a girls size 8-10.
