This item is perfect and is missing its hangtags BUT, this item was my Body Wrapper sales rep's sample and it smelled of mildew. I see no stains and I have aired it and it is better but I want you to know this would not be good for gift giving, it needs to be washed when you receive it. This skirt retailed at over and it is lovely with silver glittering all over it. It would make a great dance skirt or skate skirt (but there are no trunks underneath) Small child fits a girls size of 4-6. BW blktrbx
