    This item is new, size is Petite adult.Petite adult is very small (smaller than the large child, see the measurement chart) I say it fits a child size of 10-12) It is a shorty unitard, the bottom and the back are a satin finish spandex and the front is a faux sequin with ribbon rosette trim. Manufacturer is Wolff Fording, this was designed as a dance costume item.This item sold to dance teachers for and is perfect. It was either a convention sample or a photo sample. K518
