    Bright Flo Orange
    from Wolff Fording. The model is wearing the matching leotard, the skirt was never photographed, size small child which fits a girls size 4-6. Only one was created.
    The manufacturer of this costume item is Wolff Fording (made in America, Richmond Virginia)so you know these are the finest quality. These dance skirt would have retailed for about  (which is probably why it didn't get produced). It is edged in silver foil lycra spandex and the fabric is spandex as well, with silver foil spangles.
