This item is new but was  used as a sample to take the catalog photo. There are 6 separate pieces you get to make this costume, one leotard with lace inset and sequin trim,, the boa backskirt (which is just a piece of boa that must be pinned on, a headband with ruffled rosette accent, a pair of lace wristlets (that the models are not showing) , ,and  a fringe skirt with silver sequin waistband.So you are getting one leotard with 2 skirt and headpiece options. A dressup dream. You do not get the lace and velvet mitts you see on the models.This costume is made by Wolff Fording so you know the quality is excellent, it retails for . The fabric is a velvet spandex. The fringe is attached to a sequin band, you just pull it up. Size is small child which fits a girls size 4-6. The 2 models are showing you the use of all of these pieces.
