The fabric is a tiny pleated metallic.The style of this little costume is that of a romper with a spandex bloomer leg, the top of the costume is foil lycra in metallic red.The empire waisted belt has a mirrored buckle. No headpiece is included. Size is extra small child which fits a girls size 3-4.
