Vintage Law Enforcement Belt Buckle - 1984 L E # 2113/5000 Arroyo Grande... It is marked: Seal Beach Police, L.D. Frisbie 1964-1984, on the front, on and near the squad car. A nice heavy, 1984 Law Enforcement Commemorative, silver tone metal belt buckle. It is Limited Edition buckle #2113 of 5000 and was made by Arroyo Grande Buckle Company in 1983. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does show some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-3/8" x 2-1/4", fits up to a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 6.8 oz. FYI - The measuring grid in the photo has 1 inch squares and the dots are at 1/4 inch increments.
