Condition: The sign is used, 12.5" X 16," in excellent condition, but there may be minor scratches from the normal wear and tear of being hung, stored and handled. I don't see any flaws except a minor dent in the bottom left hand corner around the nail hole which does not show from the front. Other wise the sign is nice with bright colors and looks new. Please see the photos and judge for yourself.

The sign is 12.5" X 16,"used, but is in excellent condition with a nice bright colors and finish. It was hung but looks new and may have minor scratches from the normal wear and tear of being handled and hung. I don't see any flaws except the minor dent in the back of the bottom left hand corner by the nail hole. It does not show from the front. Please see the photos and judge for yourself.
