It is white plastic and has a touch screen on/off function, 360 degree rotation, and vertical and horizontal swivel.
The vanity mirror measures 11" tall and 6.75" wide, and uses 4 AA batteries which are not included..
Overall,  this is in very good working condition and comes with the instruction booklet.
